Anthony M. Lombardo, DPM, FACFAS

Foot and Ankle Surgery

Dr. Anthony Lombardo received his bachelor of science from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio and his medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland. Dr. Lombardo completed a two-year surgical residency in Farmington at the Mineral Area Regional Medical Center, serving as chief resident during his last year of residency. He started his private practice in 1986.

Dr. Lombardo is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons and a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (FACFAS). A member of the Missouri Podiatric Medical Association, he has served as the group’s president since 2009. Dr. Lombardo has also been the Residency Podiatric Trainer at DePaul Hospital since 2000.

Dr. Lombardo is proficient in all aspects of foot and ankle medicine and surgery including reconstructive surgery for bunions, hammertoes, flat feet, trauma, diabetic foot care, limb salvage, and amputation. He works with orthopedists, vascular surgeons, internists, and infectious disease specialists to ensure complete care for his patients.

As a dedicated husband and father of 3, Dr. Lombardo is usually attending one of his children's numerous sporting events when he is not caring for his patients.

Christina M. Hawthorne, DPM

Dr. Christina Hawthorne received her bachelor of science degree in biology with a minor in English at Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, and her medical degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland. Dr. Hawthorne completed a two-year surgical residency in Farmington at the Mineral Area Regional Medical Center and served as chief resident during her last year of residency.

Dr. Hawthorne was featured in Who's Who in American Colleges & Universities and was on the National Dean's List during her last year of college. She is also a member of the Missouri Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Hawthorne is board eligible with the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons. She is proficient in all aspects of foot and ankle medicine including diabetic foot care and conditions of the skin.

When she is not caring for her patients, Dr. Hawthorne is attending one of her children's sporting events or volunteering her time with many community organizations.
